Ranch Siesta Los Rubios is located just 5 minutes drive from Estepona. Behind us the beautiful Sierra Bermeja mountains, and trails await horse riders.
Ride out with many-times Andalucian endurance (long distance) champion Caroline Grahm. Caroline has won multiple titles at 80km & above and trains her much loved horses in the mountains here.

The best day of our trip! Took my 9 year old daughter and a friend (both riders) on a mountain hack! Cantering in those surroundings was amazing. Highly recommended for any level rider and family. Caroline is also super.

Probably the best hours of our holiday. Got a family with kids 15, 9 and 7 with a broad range of horse riding skills. Within 10 mins all 5 of us were sat on perfectly selected horses and were riding solo in the sand school able to steer, start and stop with ease…. went off on a gorgeous hack through the mountains. Highly recommended.

The experience was amazing. The instructions were delivered with professionalism and good humour. ..our daughter was in safe hands for the entirety of the experience. The horses were well loved and friendly and the trek we went on was a great adventure. I would fully recommend here as the only place to go horse riding in Estepona.

Great experience. My husband and I have little to no experience with horses, but wanted to try something new during a recent trip in Spain. We had the best time during the “Saddle Up”. Caroline was friendly, gave us a great intro course and took us all around the breathtaking countryside.

Saddle Up Experience – 5 stars! Fabulous hours spent with Caroline and Paulina. We are complete beginners and the level was perfect for us. The trainers were so patient. A great mix of lessons and hacking. Will definitely return on our next holiday.

Such a great experience. We had the best time with the Saddle Up. Our family were all complete novices. Caroline was amazing, she was so good with the very nervous 10 year old and he had the time of his life. The horses were lovely and very clearly happy and looked after horses. The Ranch is beautiful, well maintained and the horses are very well cared for. Me and my husband booked a private hack as I hadn’t ridden since I was about 8. Meet your horses, groom, saddle up, learn some skills through games in the school then ride out into the nearby countryside together.
Minimum 2 people. Maximum weight 80kg. Minimum age 8 years.
